This rental is for one bedroom inside a two bedroom condo. This would be a shared living space. For rent is 1 bedroom inside a fully furnished, 2-bed, 1-bath, North End condo, conveniently located minutes from downtown. Rental includes ALL UTILITIES, including heat, hot water, electric*, WiFi, and parking. The monthly rent is the ONLY thing you will pay for. Each fully furnished bedroom comes with it's own closet space. The bathroom provides plenty of drawer space for all of your essentials. The kitchen is fully functional, including some cooking tools, as well as a table and chairs for dining. The living room has a large couch that folds out for sleeping, and a Smart TV for your entertainment needs. A large in-ground pool is shared with the other units in the complex during the hot summer months. *The rental cost includes coverage of electricity up to $100 each month. Any cost above that amount will be the responsibility of the tenant. For reference, only twice over the past seven years the cost has exceeded $100, and those were during the hot summer months. Laundry is located just down the hall, and includes a card for renters to add money online. Rental includes a parking pass, which allows you to park right near the unit, no more than a 15-20 second walk to the front door. Air Conditioner located in the living room and master for the warmer months. Winter snow is no problem as they plow regularly. The property is kid-friendly, and includes a small playground just outside the building. All grounds maintenance is handled by the property management company. I am open to negotiating the length of the lease and am fully open to short-term renters I am open to a flexible lease, whether month-to-month or longer.
