The tenant is provided with a storage area in the basement and a washer/ dryer hookup in the storage area. No washer or dryer is provided. Tenant will have a driveway off street to park a car outside the entrance to the unit. Owner pays water bill. Tenant pays gas heat and hot water and electric. No smoking allowed. If you smoke anything, please do not contact me. No pets allowed. I must have a positive rental reference from a past landlord. Applicants that have seen the apartment and wish to enter into a lease agreement will be asked to complete a screening process at that includes a background check.
