We were excited when we looked at this one for the first time. This tract is in a location known for steep topography. But surprisingly the terrain is very comfortable. The interior roads and trails are good and provide access throughout. A beautiful gravel bottom creek flows across the property. Several of the wooded areas have exceptional hardwood timber. There are plenty of openings for food plots. Based on the amount of sign present when we first toured the property, wildlife is abundant. Power and water are available in the area along Stevens Road.
