    April 2008 updated kitchen and dinnet area tiled floor,new cabinet,granite counter top,light /ceiling fan ,stainless steel appliance's, new flooring in office den, dinning room, great room,living room,hall way flooring done. redone one of the bedrooms, took up the carpet and put in a floating laminated wood floor, keeps the room cleaner from any oder from the carpet, and a new paint job. On the out- side I've added two light poles that are on a timer with all my outside lighting plus some solar lights. . Built a stone/slate barbecue.I have a water feature that receives it's water from the canal and is feed back, no harm to the environonment.I added an additional water filtration for the whole house.Caged in pool with kids security system, Property taxes went down this year 2010,wow 1,780.00, just added a whole house surgeshield protection 2008. We had a new leach field put down 3/2009,now the house is set up for a four bedroom. I was told that it had to be updated to be a four bedroom, Screened in Garage 4-20-09. 7-2010 Just put on a solar attic fan that works great,and a KVAR Power saver that cuts any where 6-20% off electric , and is a power surge protection,in 7-2011 installed a solar hotwater system, what a cut on my power bill.Its now 12/2011 I am saving $50-$60 a month on my power bill, I have been cheching the power I have been using month to month on FPL web site, veryone should put a solal hot water heater in. I can just imagin if I unpluge it how much Id save, I have it pluged in just for the winter time, but in the summer time I will unpluge it.10/2011 have installed a jetted tub,what a comfort.
