The home is wheelchair accessible from ground floor to front floor. LOCATION: 15 mins from Downtown, Coca Cola World, Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes Benz Stadium & ATL's finest restaurants BEDS: 3 queens SMART TVs: cable in living room, every bedroom except 1, Netflix, Hulu etc. KITCHEN: open concept, our guests have ordered many chefs onsite BACKYARD DECK: Gathering & relaxing around fire-pit is an all time favorite. Refundable Deposit: $2000 *Security Deposit can be waived if tenant opts in for a damage waiver not to exceed $50. House Rules: Please note house rules listed here before booking. Confirmation of booking signifies that you agree to the rules and fees stated below. - While we kindly welcome small gatherings, we do not allow guests to host parties or events. - Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the home due to allergies and for future guests. A fee of at least $500 will be charged for any smoking residue or smell found inside our home following your stay. - No music outside or with windows open after quiet hours (10pm to 7am). - Parking should not exceed 4 cars total in the driveway and on the street. - Our home is pet-friendly, but pets must be disclosed when booking. Please note any undisclosed pets on the premises at any point during the stay is subject to a $250 penalty per pet. - We live in family friendly neighborhood any noise disturbance during quiet hours is subject to a $500 fine. Note: By booking this property, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of maintenance or utility crews, including landscaping, being onsite during your stay. If access to the interior of the home is required, you will receive prior notice and are expected to grant access to our vendors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. All utilities are included: Cable, wifi, internet. Owner receives an allowance of $300 on all water, gas & electric. Anything that exceeds this amount will need to be covered by renter. Our home is a pet friendly home with an additionally pet month fee. Home is a smoke free home. Refundable deposit of $2,000 + possible non-refundable deposit depending on length of stay.
