This bedroom also has a walk-in closet, bench with mirror, full bathroom with double sinks, linen cabinet and a walk-in shower. The primary bedroom also has an exit directly to the lanai.
The front bedroom has a queen bed with two night stands and a dresser. A large double door closet provides for plenty of storage.

This fee is payable directly to The Villages sales office. The Villages ID's gives full access to all residential amenities including golf at any of the executive courses.
A 2022 Top of the line Streetrod golf cart is available for an additional fee. This can be rented by the day, week or by the month
RENTAL POLICY
Rates are based on a check-in date of the first of the month (4 p.m.) and a check-out date of the last day of the month (10 a.m.).
All rentals for less than 7 months add 7% Fl. State Short Term Rental sales tax.
The security deposit is $1,500 and is required within 24 hours of booking to reserve your rental. The security deposit is refundable less any damages within 14 days of your check-out date.
The cleaning fee is $199.
The pet fee is $179 ea. (Optional) Limit of 2. Your dog(s) must be potty-trained and courteous of the neighbors (no excessive barking).
The golf cart is available for an additional fee. Please contact the owner for details.
The rent, cleaning fee, pet fee (if applicable), golf cart fee (if applicable) and taxes are due in full 30 days prior to occupancy. Failure to pay as indicated will result in a cancellation of your reservation and loss of your security deposit.
No subletting.
Monthly rentals are based on no more than 4 occupants.
No smoking or vaping is permitted on or in the property.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs or more.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
