The unit sits high above the street so the view is unobstructed. All led lighting (with dimmers}with auto sense when entering if a renter wishes. Stairs and driveway and all well lit. All utilities, gigabit internet and You Tube TV are included. Perfect for someone who is single and wants a quiet safe place with a view. All utilities are covered including internet and TV.
