Guests can enjoy a variety of paid add-ons, including beach gear rentals with a $50 daily credit for stays of 3 to 21 nights, which can be used for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. A temporary club membership is available for $200 a day, providing access to community pools, dining, tennis, and the Pete Dye golf course. Car passes are $20 per car, with a maximum of 6 cars allowed. This property has a strict no-pets and no-smoking policy. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. The maximum number of cars allowed is 6, and guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM. Check-in day during the summer is Friday.
