Two family house, each apartment: or floor, has an eat in kitchen, family room, dining room, bathroom with shower and tub, food pantry. Both floors are identical, except the top floor has 3 bedrooms, bottom floor has 2 bedrooms. The tenant on the bottom floor requested we install bi-fold doors on one of the large family rooms and convert it to a large bedroom for her privacy. Basement finished, but vintage, contains full kitchen, bathroom with shower, washer and dryer. A lot of dirty work was completed years ago. The basement floor had to be dug up to install the sewer pipes for the bathroom and kitchen sink. Also, additional electrical wire and outlets were installed, along with water pipes to the kitchen sink and bathroom. A handyman can simply remove the kitchen cabinets, sink and bathroom fixtures and replace them. A driveway leads to an unattached 2 car garage. The garage and driveway are private, owned by me, this is different for other houses in the area, the driveway is shared by 2 houses. The basement has a washer and dryer facilities. The attic is insulated with 15 inches of insulation. I believe that every inch of insulation is R6, so we have R30 in the attic. Neighborhood Description I use to walk about 6 blocks to the James Murray grammar school. When I grew older it was a ¾ of a mile walk to the Henry Snyder high School. Then Saint Peters College was a 15 minute, 2 mile bus ride, and quite often I would take my car. On weekends, I would drive 2 ½ miles to Journal Square where I would take my date to the movies and an ice cream soda. At Journal Square were the Path train, and the Light Rail to New York City, The Jersey Shore and Newark airport. We would simply take a ride to NY, have a hamburger, walk the sights and return home.
