Home is in a quiet, private association with respectful neighbors and mere minutes from North Conway Village (under 5 mins), Cranmore Mountain, and other local attractions. An A-frame, chalet style home with modern renovations made to the bedrooms and downstairs bathroom in particular. Wrap-around deck fully encompasses three sides of the home. Unfinished barn for dry storage. Furnishings are negotiable. There is (i) a spiral staircase between the first and second floors; and (ii) a cool loft above the kitchen has a king sized mattress and storage nook. On the one hand, our kids loved these home charms, but please be aware of these potential safety concerns in the event you have young kids. [Like anything else potentially hazardous to kids, these can be easily blocked off for safety.] 1 year lease minimum is required. No smoking, please, and some pets will be considered, for nominal extra charge of $25 monthly per pet. Rent is $1,200 per month plus utilities. The property can be fully heated by the wood stove and/or two Rinnai propane heaters, making energy costs cheap. First month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. Credit check will be performed- good credit required. We are courteous and responsive property owners, located nearby and very familiar with the area. Neighborhood association fee (paid by us) covers you for driveway plowing, so tenants aren't responsible. This is an easy to care for, low maintenance property. Contact me for pictures, more details. A seasonal rental would also be considered (three month minimum for summer, six month minimum for ski season). Tenant pays utilities. Extra rental charge and returnable deposit for pets.
