This property is located at the dead end of Rattler Run with a long private drive. It has a self sustained pond stocked with brim, bass & catfish. Perfect size to teach kids how to fish! There is a bunch of wild life on the property; Rabbits, Quail, Blue Birds, Deer, etc. We have seen a bunch of deer tracks all over the property (even fawn tracks!). We have seen 3 or more deer in our front yard several times, even had one blow at me one evening (scared me to death until I realized what it was, lol). Great view of the sky and sunset is just breathtaking at times. There is a small stream (when the water table is up) as part of the back property line. We have enjoyed living on this property for over 25 years but wanted to be closer to our grandbabies. There is a single wide, 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1988 Fleetwood trailer on the property. It is a fixer upper but is livable.
