Cherry Log Mountain community is arguable the best mountain to live on in Blue Ridge. The neighbors are amazing, private and secluded, quite, and there is hiking everywhere. To add to the location, this little cabin is right around the corner of a public small lake (great for your morning coffee). The Cabin (named, Little Heaven in the Pines) is currently a short term rental with amazing 5* reviews on VRBO and AIRBNB. I am opening up the option to rent long term because I am becoming too busy to keep up with managing short term. The home is completely turn key ready for you. White linens and towels, fully (and I mean fully and more) stocked kitchen. Day bed swing outside, fireplace inside and outside. New lights, fans, furniture. And very very clean, the reviews say it all. The home is on a corner large lot (over an acre) and private. When you are on the back deck you cannot see anyone, only the forest. One bedroom has a king size bed, and the other is a queen. The closets are also very large in both rooms and there is a brand new washer and dryer in a separate closet. In addition there is a propane generator outside in case of any outages. Internet is super high speed at the cabin as well. There is a lot of parking, two - three cars could fit in the driveway and there is a lot a parking spot on the side of the road if you have a trailer you need to store. I would be willing to do a shorter 4 plus month lease for the right people. Dogs are welcome with a non refundable $500 deposit per, and no cats please.
