Traditional setup, kitchen, living room on the first floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Private entrance, dumpster on site. Laundry hookup in the unit for tenants appliances, or free laundry for tenants onsite. Renters insurance is not required, but strongly recommended. Landlord pays water, sewer, heat and electricity. Tenant pays for their own internet. Landlord is responsible for snow removal from the driveway, but the tenant is responsible for shoveling their own walkways and decks. Off street parking is available for 2 vehicles. Pets are allowed with approval and non refundable deposit. The landlord must meet the any dogs before the lease is signed. The unit and entire property are non-smoking, which includes vaping. Due to the exceptionally high number of no-shows and last minute cancelations/reschedules, we are now requiring applications first before physically showing the unit. 12 month lease, first months rent and security deposit due at lease signing. Landlord pays for heat and electricity. Maximum of 2 parking spaces, no trailers, no unregistered or project vehicles. Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed in the unit, or on the property.
