This original but updated mid-century modern is a joy to own. While we've had to make some much-needed upgrades, the home never lost its original cool style. The surrounding neighborhood is a nice mix of 60's split-levels and ranches, with a few other original designs in the mix. Neighborhood Description Among a nice mix of well-kept split-levels and ranches, an occasional original design gets people to slow down and take notice. There are are many such homes (mine included) within the Sunny Crest area. The area is slowly getting younger, although many original and second generation owners still take pride in their homes. Old-growth oaks abound. Walking the neighborhood can be great exercise, as many of the roads have elevation changes that will make you breath a little faster. Shopping is convenient, but not obtrusive. Churches and schools are second to none.
