Easy access to I-25 and 15 minutes to Albuquerque Sunport Pricing-The house across the street sold in October 2018 for 105 per square foot and did not have any updates. We are ready to sell and have priced it at $98.00 per square foot for a quick sale. Not trying to make a killing just exit with enough $$ to cover our payoff. Common Questions: -Why are we moving? My wife found our dream home in the valley where we can have livestock. -Is this house subject to the structural issues that have occurred in the Huning Ranch Subdivision? The answer is yes but it has been repaired. In 2014 the interior slab was removed, a double rebar grid was installed and epoxied into the stem wall making the slab monolithic. The slab went from a 4” thick slab with wire mesh to a 12” thick slab with 2 layers of rebar on approximately 12” grids. After which all new materials were installed. There are 33 helical piers to support the entire structure. Before we purchased the home I had a structural engineer review the work and he gave me the stamp of approval and stated that it is extremely overbuilt at this point. -Would we consider a Real Estate Contract?
