It is in Upper Allen Township and Mechanicsburg Schools. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is quiet, safe and great for kids. It is a condo development so all landscaping and yard work is taken care of by professionals. About the house: The main floor has a large entry way with two closets and a half bath. An open floor plan with a living/dining area is large enough for a full dinning set and sectional sofa. The kitchen is large with a pantry and breakfast bar. It is complete with a side by side refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a heat pump and water heater closet that can be used for storage. There is also a programmable thermostat to help you control the climate hour by hour. Off the entryway is the door to the one car garage. The garage has a built in, collapsible, work bench as well as pegboard for hanging tools. It also has a storage loft for boxes and bins. A car is still able to park in the garage and the driveway is long enough for two vehicles.There is a small garden behind the house that you can plant what you like in, if you wish. The backyard is very peaceful and private, as it backs up to farm land. The views and wildlife are amazing. Also included is a hammock that you can lay in as you enjoy those views.
