The cabin is non-smoking and pet-free, featuring a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, regular coffee maker with filters, toaster, and other necessities to make cooking a breeze. The living area includes sectional seating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a modern fireplace usable in all seasons without heat. The cabin offers three bedrooms with one king-size bed and two queen beds, and two bathrooms each equipped with beautiful tile showers and single vanities. Outdoor amenities include a spacious deck with a screened-in porch area, a hot tub, a charcoal grill with grilling utensils, a firepit with ample seating, and stylish landscaping. The property is accessed by a well-maintained gravel road, with plenty of parking space available. Trailers are prohibited. A Pack-and-Play and high chair are available upon request. Located in the tranquil setting of the world-famous Muir Valley Climbing area, the cabin is also near Red River Gorge. Enjoy nearby activities such as rock climbing, horseback riding, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, zip lines, fishing, restaurants, and sight-seeing. Discover many trails for all hiking enthusiasts, but hike at your own risk on unmarked trails. Check-in begins at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Arriving early or departing late will result in additional charges. No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. Guests must be at least 18 years old to book. Pets are not permitted in or on the rental unit, and a minimum of $350 per pet will be charged for pets brought to non-pet-friendly cabins or for pets that were not pre-approved. Occasionally, guests may experience weather conditions or power outages that are out of the host's control. The hosts will do all they can to assist but are not responsible for issues beyond their control. The owners make every effort to keep the hot tubs functioning perfectly, but mechanical problems may occur that cannot be resolved quickly in this remote area, and no refunds are made if this occurs.
