Two of the bedrooms have 40+ inch TVs and the living room has an amazing 70" TV perfect for sports or movies! We love this house and our neighborhood. Every night I walk from the house past the new library, a park, through the gaslight district and up to Ludlow where there are quaint shops, restaurants and even an old fashioned movie theater. The Zoo is just a block away and both UC and the local hospitals are within walking distance. Every wall, pipe and wire in this house was replace. I designed the Master bedroom and bath to be exactly what I always wanted ... HUGE. The tub is a high-end soaker tub, the shower is 5ft by 7ft, his and her walk-in closets, and his and her vanities across the room from each other. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the 2 other bedrooms have Queen beds. There is Garage parking for 1 car and secure parking (inside the fenced backyard) for yet another.
