This house was my grandfather's retirement home. He has since had to come live with me for his care and we are selling the home. It needs work but can be something great again. The major repairs are the bathroom floor, the kitchen ceiling, and half the back deck. Along with all the items I am leaving in the house it has 3 tool sheds and a separate two car garage. I have pictures of what it was like when they lived there and what it is now.
