40 acre piece of property, 2 miles out of town on a paved county road. There's a 1200 sq ft shop, a 1200 sq ft storage barn, two small storage sheds and our three level 3694 sq ft home. There's 1442 sq ft in the lower level with a nice living room a snack bar area two bedrooms a laundy room a three piece bathroom and a large game room, if that's what you want to use it for. Right now it's my sewing room. The main floor is 1442 sq ft and has an open space kitchen, dining and living room, one bedroom, a three piece bathroom, a laundry room and a craft room. The third floor has a master bedroom with a four piece bathroom, two small bed rooms, a half bath, and a long 4' wide balcony on 810 sq ft. Off the main floor there's approximately 1000 sq ft of covered deck (no shoveling snow!) and two covered stairways up to it. Not only is it way to much room for two people, but we can't handle the stairs so well anymore. We're going to our winter home in Yuma to stay. We keep a skid steer, a backhoe and a dump truck on the property to help with the upkeep. We have deer on the property (most of the time), fox, elk, bear and raccoons sometimes. There's a small creek running through, fed by a year round spring. On a dry year the creek dries up, but if you have animals there's a spring that provides water year round. Within 50 miles of our property you can fish for steelhead and salmon, hunt for bighorn sheep and mountain goats and within 20 miles we have two world class ski resorts.
