    (read in your romantic voice) Hey there, take a look at me! Why don't you kick off your shoes and let my grass tickle your toes? I would be so excited if you would break my ground and build a really cool 3-4 bedroom 3-story home on me. My sides are 100 ft long so I have plenty of room for an in-ground pool. Plus, listen to this, I am 65 feet wide at the road so my new house won't rub elbows with the neighbors...but you can. I'm not bragging but I'm so proud of my brand new seawall and cap. It's solid concrete and it's 75 feet long. It's really nice. Isn't it nice?? I hope you install a stationary dock next to my floating dock because you will want to have a lot of water toys since I am in such a great location. I'm on the main canal and it's really deep and wide. You can be in the Gulf of Mexico in just a couple of minutes. Plus, dolphin swim by all the time. They are really fun to watch. I almost forgot to tell you that my current owner said I have utility hook ups. Can you believe it? With my new seawall and my utility hook-ups, I must be very desirable. I also heard that FEMA did something called rezoning. I didn't feel a thing but they rezoned me to the AE flood zone. That sounds pretty neat. I am now a 6500 sq ft lot with a new seawall, in the AE flood zone with direct access to the Gulf. Ain't that special!
