If the internet router or security cameras are unplugged during your stay, there shall be a fee of $1,000. 2. Strictly NO SMOKING of any kind within the property. There shall also be a fine of $300. 3. We love pets just as much as you do, please inform us of any pets entering the house. If there are damages or pet wear and tear there will be a fee of $150. Please clean up after your dog. This includes picking up any waste on the premises. As our outdoor spaces are shared, please keep your dog leashed at all times to prevent them from wandering off the property. If there are any excessive damages or dog feces noticed around the house, a $300 fine per pet will apply separately. 4. A minimal fee of $35 fee per hour applies to early check-ins and late check-outs. 5. Please be considerate and polite to the other tenants on the property and keep noise levels down after midnight. The curfew is 12 midnight (Do not wander around the property late at night) 6. We do not have a back patio or front patio for pets to roam. Parking is only available on the street. 2 parking passes/permits are provided and MUST be used. $200 fine will apply per permit if you take the pass or if it's lost or not returned. 7. The backyard of the house leads to shared yard space. Please keep pets on a lease when taking them out on the lot or outside the property
