This Cabin is located about 50 yards behind the house in the front that I Lease out. OG&E is only required Utility Payment by Tenant for all electric Cabin. You must love serene Country living and being handy to take care of the mowing, etc around the cabin is a plus. All seasons are picturesque here off Redbud Lane, a gravel road. One can hear the roosters, horses, goats, chickens and bird watchers would be thrilled! The Deer are plentiful and fun to watch but no hunting allowed on the premises. I prefer no pets but we can discuss. There are HOA restrictions and covenants to be followed. No outdoor burning. Application, Credit Check required.
