    AVAILABLE STARTING OCTOBER 1 This well-equipped, fully-furnished bungalow is located in downtown Cortez a community homebase for all there is do to in the Four Corners. Work comfortably from home, walk to restaurants, grab a beer or coffee just minutes from the front door. The house sits 20 min from the Mesa Verde National Park gate, 15 min from the mountain biking mecca, Phil's World, or under an hour from downtown Durango. Cortez also has access to Canyons of the Ancients NM. Beyond is Cedar Mesa/Bears Ears, Bluff, UT and Telluride. **The space** Harrison House is a newer-build bungalow on a corner lot in a historic neighborhood on the south side of downtown Cortez. The house has all the modern conveniences, a fun and vibrant aesthetic, and a more open layout with lots of natural light. The house has an open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining area, and living room that flow into one another. The home office sits in one room and the master in another. A full bath/shower is between them. A full laundry room is available for what may be a much needed, mid-adventure clean-up. A fenced-in front/back yard is available for your well-behaved dog. This is not your typical furnished setup. We often think about the amenities we would love to have when we're in a home away from home spices, oils for meals, complete cook sets, music and entertainment (including books!) are all things we want to pass on to our tenants. We have a HomePod Mini speaker for playing your music, use your streaming apps on the TV, and enjoy fast, reliable wifi throughout the house and outside using a fiber internet connection. And don't worry about keys during your tenancy, the front door will be pre-programmed with an entry code. At over 6,100 feet in elevation, Cortez enjoys cool evenings in the summer, but we don't typically get enough snow during the winter to worry about getting stranded. **Parking** The house has 2 off-street parking spaces and there is usually plenty of street parking. With our keypad lock you will not have to worry about keys! We are in downtown Cortez and most restaurants, galleries, shops, grocery, and coffee spots are a short walk away (5-10 minutes). **Renting Details** AVAILABLE STARTING OCTOBER 1 We require a commitment of at least 90 days (3-months) with lease options up to a year that renew month-to-month. If you would like to go without a lease and stay less than 90 days, please look for us on other platforms. All utilities even high-speed, fiber internet with wifi are included in your rent.
