The process has not been completed, so the new owner would need to apply, but they have verbally told us they will allow a lot to be build here. I have attached all applications to the listing. Because it is only a two lot subdivision we waive the fee for the final plat (you only pay the preliminary plat fee). The overlay zone is for the infill overlay, which will be applied to both lots (the existing house lot and the rear ag lot). The overlay zone allows for the lot adjustments required for both lots.
