As you enter the front door, you'll be greeted by beautiful country artwork and mountain photography in the front room which doubles as an office with a desk in front of a window and a sofa that can be converted to a queen bed. Follow the charming hardwood flooring down the hallway and you'll enter an open-concept main area of the home which boasts a fireplace and 55" TV, and a brilliant new kitchen with stainless appliances and stunning quartz countertops. The kitchen includes everything you'll need for cooking and dining in. The conveniently located dining area provides comfortable seating for 6 adults. 4 additional dining seats and a small table are available in the backyard. The backyard is accessible from the main living room through a sliding glass door. It's spacious and has plenty of room for yard games or just enjoying the majestic mountain views. There is a wood firepit and enough firewood for 2 nights is included. The backyard includes a rustic cedar privacy fence. Please note there is no gate to keep children in the backyard. However, the street is pretty quiet and has very low traffic. Guests are welcome to eat the apples in the apple orchard on the east side of the house as well as the raspberries on the west side. The raspberries produce a lot of fruit in season which is typically from July to September. Beds: Master Bedroom: 1 Queen Memory Foam Bedroom Two: 1 Twin Bunk Bed Bedroom Three: 1 Queen Memory Foam Front Room: Sofa that converts to Queen bed by lowering the back and moving one piece side-by-side the other *Note* The home will comfortably accommodate 6 adults. We allow and can sleep 8 guests, but it may feel a little tight if 8 people are all eating together at the table (one side has a bench where 3 people could squeeze). 2 additional people could eat at the desk if needed. Bathrooms Main/Master Bath - This bathroom is accessible directly from the master bathroom and also from the hallway. The vanity is in the laundry room and the toilet and tub/shower are separate and adjacent so that you can use the shower or toilet with privacy while someone else is using the vanity or washer/dryer. Half Bath - includes a toilet and 3' vanity Nearby Attractions and things to do: -Hyrum Reservoir State Park - Boating, fishing, swimming, cliff jumping, RV Park We have 4 kayaks and a Lily Pad we will deliver and pickup for $75/day with advance notice -Hyrum City Skatepark, pickleball courts, splash pad, frisbee golf course, and playground (5 minutes) -Blacksmith Fork Canyon - mountain biking, ATV/Dirt Bike trails, hiking (5-15 minutes depending on where you go in the canyon) -Hardware ranch - ATV/Dirt Bike trails, Elk watching (30 minutes) -Utah State University campus (20 minutes) -Cherry Peak Resort - skiing, snowboarding, and outdoor summer concerts (45 minutes), -Beaver Mountain Resort - skiing and snowboarding (55 minutes) -Logan Canyon - hiking, fishing, ATV/Dirt Bike trails -Powder Mountain resort and Snowbasin Resort - skiing and snowboarding (75 minutes) All utilities are included in rental price including gas, electricity, internet/wi-fi, water, sewer, garbage. No parties allowed in the home or property. Any violation of this will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Please keep noise level at a minimum after 10 pm. Thank you for being good neighbors. No smoking or vaping of any kind, inside the home or property. An additional fee of up to $500+ will be paid by the guests if our cleaners find any odor and/or evidence of smoking after guests have checked out. Our team of cleaners will need additional time & use a special odor removing machine that may result in our having to cancel a back to back reservation. No pets or any type of animals of any kind are allowed in the house or property. We do not allow guests to have mail sent to the house. Packages may be shipped at guest's risk. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages and will not assume the responsibility to forward or store packages. Check-in is any time after 3PM (MST local time) Check out by 11 AM (MST local time). Access Code will be provided on day of check-in. During the winter, our home is a NO SHOES HOUSE. All shoes must be taken off at entry (front & back doors). Please be respectful of our home. You will be charged the replacement cost for any damages to the home, furnishings, or property during your stay.
