Our standard lease is a month to month lease that auto renews each month. We are open to long term stays. Most people begin with a 90 day stay and extend if it's a good fit. We only require a simple background check ($59), valid ID or license, signed application, signed lease and $950 deposit to secure the rental. First month's rent is paid on move in day. We require a two-month minimum lease and also are open to long term leases. It's just $1895 per month with $100 monthly for utilities. There is ample parking with one spot that is covered.
