Private room with view of South Mountain. The room is located on the second floor and is furnished with a queen size bed and night stand. The room has a closet, is carpeted and has a ceiling fan. You will have your own bathroom. Renting to females only. There is street parking, no smoking indoors, and I just ask that we keep common areas clean, share cleaning duties and be respectful to one another.
