Student Housing August 2025 Move-InThis 4 bedroom 1 bath apartment has plenty of space for you and your roommates! This is rented to students only, we charge $600 per bedroom for rent and would prefer to rent to a group of students, if you do not have a group we can add you to our list and place you with others if we have enough single individuals to fill the apartment. Utilities will be charged $62.50 a month per room. Close to campus and has 3 washer and dryers in the building. 12 month lease . Lease will be signed as a group. Unit 1&2 are exactly the same and unit 3 has 2 bathrooms which will be an additional $50 per month. We do require you complete an online application ($15) and attach last 3 paystubs and a photo ID under the attachment section. If you are using a co-signer please add them as a co-applicant. 12 amonth lease for students. Subleasing welcome
