No pets allowed other than reptiles and things that are caged in your room due to having two rescue dogs who aren't fond of other animals. The first room is small but rent is affordable. The second room is a good size. Shared bathroom but there are three bathrooms in the house. 420 friendly. Tobacco smoking okay, outside in small yard or in front yard. No rules on drinking. The rooms will become available around the last week of May 2022, through the end of our lease in May 2023. We are very close to College Ave, several restaurants, grocery stores, and several parks too! We're about 10 minute or less (driving) from CSU. Bike trails accessible. Very close to bus stops as well. Pretty close to FRCC as well. Really nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and the best landlord possible. We are a really chill group of ladies, who have been friends/roommates for about 3-ish years now. Can send pictures of the room over text, sorry roommate is currently occupying the room.
