The Peterlien Apartment Building was previously commercial space and has now been renovated into 6-one bedroom apartments. This building use to be home to the Peterlien Bicycle Company, which gave rise to its new name Peterlien Apartments. The building has been brought to a Silver LEED Certificiation Status. and boasts apartments with beautiful hardwood floors, central air-conditioning, electronic key access and in-unit washer and dryers. These apartments are located in the Heartside District just off of Wealthy Street close to the expressway and within walking distance to the hot spots in downtown Grand Rapids.
