This mobile home will be 3 years old in July. It has beautiful farmhouse touches, including a stainless steel sink, and exposed wood beams on the ceiling and an exposed wood accents walls in both the living room and the coffee bar. The master bathroom has a garden tub and separate walk in shower as well as double sinks. The cabinets are white which compliment the light gray floor. There is carpet in the 3 bedrooms that have never had a spill on them. We have never owned animals in this home. It had a sliding glass back door and barn doors on the laundry room and master bedroom. The kitchen appliances stay and are still under warranty. It is in a trailer park so we do not own the land, but it can stay here or you can move it! All pipes, electrical, ac unit, kitchen appliances, and water heater are all less than 3 years old!
