It has all cleaning supplies, dish cloths, towels, pot holders, etc. Right off the kitchen is a dining area with 6 chairs but can accommodate 8. There is an extra large living room area which accommodates a reading /computer area and a living room space with a fireplace. The home has three bedrooms. One master bedroom with a queen size bed; one queen bed in the middle bedroom and one day bed/trundle in the bedroom just off the living room. Each bedroom has a Smart TV and plenty of closet space and drawer use. The master bedroom has a powder room (sink and toilet) and there is a complete bathroom with tub and shower that accommodates everyone off the hallway. All linens are supplied with an extra set for each bed. Bath towel, hand towels, face towels, floor mats are all included. There is a separate laundry room with a large storage area and washer/dryer and a fold ing area. There is a back patio (not pictured because its winter ) which is part of an enclosed fenced yard that also includes dining table and chairs/lounge chairs and a barbecue . Directly across the street is a lovely small park with a kid's playground area and just to the right of the park is a little beach area to enjoy the Bishop Creek. All utilities are included in monthly rate. We live very close so any needs or concerns can be met almost immediately.
