Close by are hundreds of miles for hiking and biking and Red Rocks is just 9 miles down the highway. In the old downtown Evergreen area there are several nice restaurants, coffee and gift shops and of course, beautiful Evergreen Lake where you can enjoy fishing in the summer and ice skating in the winter. Rent is $1650.00 per month with a 1 yr. lease. First and last month rent is required at move in and a $1650.00 ( refundable with conditions) cleaning/damage deposit is due over a 3 month period after move in. We would much prefer no pets, but would possibly approve a small pet. There is a one time non-refundable pet deposit of $500.00. Owner pays for water. No smoking.
