Located in the new Windsor Island community, guests have free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. Parking accommodates up to two vehicles in the driveway and one vehicle on the street in front of the property. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. Situated in the ultimate family resort near Disney and other world-class attractions, Windsor Island Resort is a newly constructed community offering first-class amenities. The property is within walking distance to the clubhouse and includes a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, BBQ and picnic area, and a clubhouse with arcades and a bar and lounge. The resort is located off state road 192 and US 27, near I-4, just eight miles from Disney World and other Orlando attractions. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. A Ring camera is located by the front door for safety and privacy. A laptop computer is not included.
