Large living room and great room areas for enjoying time together as well as a covered patio with firepit and seating and outdoor dining table. There is a pool but it is not heated. High End Basketball hoop in the front yard (Recently installed, not shown in pics). Pool Table room. Great quiet option for your superbowl stay. If you want to be loud and party, this would not be a good option for you.
