We are renting our 3 bedroom 1 bath summer home on Black Lake, St. Lawrence County. N.Y. Eack bedroom has a double bed. There is hot and cold running water, remodeled bath with shower, gas stove and furnace, AC, and an 8' enclosed porch. This is a private cottage as you will be the only people there. A 100' private dock and a 14' aluminum boat (no motor) are there for your use. You can drive right up to the cottage that is close to the lake. A movable fire pit is there for those quiet summer evenings. We hope you can enjoy a peaceful week with good fishing at Black Lake. The owner pays all utilities, electricity, gas, water, and trash.
