Lights are on a timer and can be changed to the color you like best via remote control. No Grills allowed. Bedroom features an organic queen-size organic latex mattress, large walk-in closet, and ample storage. Modern bathroom newly renovated with a deep soaking tub and a convenient all-in-one washer/dryer, no load switching necessary! All linens included, or bring your own if you prefer. Co-mingled Recycling is available. Optional: Ring-style video doorbell available for a small monthly fee. Internet is optional; you can use your own provider, or we can set it up for you for a monthly fee. Although we welcome both cats and dogs, the tenant will be responsible for any pet damage to the property or contents. Community Clubhouse Perks: Indoor year-round heated pool, gym, and sauna (3355 S. Locust) open daily from 6 AM to 10 PM. Event space rental is available for private gatherings for a small fee per event. Community Laundry Facility (3373 S. Locust) for large items. You will use your clubhouse card to access.
