Neighbourhood: The apt is located close to many coffee shops, restaurants and libraries. It is next door to an awesome grocery store and is close to businesses both on Lee Road, Van Aiken and Chagrin Boulevard. The neighbourhood is very safe, with access if needed to police, fire and ambulance, all within walking distance. There is also a UPS store 2 mins away. Schools: There are high quality elementary, middle and high schools within walking distance as well. Transportation: It is situated on the GCRTA Blue Line that provides direct connectivity to the airport via the Red Line. There is a GCRTA bus stop 2 mins from home. Utilities: Electricity costs have been around around $30-40 month and water/parking is included in rent. Parking is covered in a garage. Maintenance: Very prompt and at your beck and call.
