Hey Fort Collins and anyone thinking of moving to Fort Collins! Anybody interested in subleasing one side of a Duplex? I'm buying a house, happened after we decided to re-sign our lease so the sublease term is from the start of July 2025 to the end of July 2026. It's on the North side of town. The rent is currently $1450, the only utility included is Water/Sewer. The rent will go up to $1475 starting in August. It's a 2 bed 1 bath, Washer/Dryer included, has a decent sized backyard and a Carport. Two pets allowed, dogs or cats. There will be a $200 refundable pet fee per pet. As well as a $2000 dollar deposit. I have applications printed out for anyone who does a tour, or I can send a link to the application on the Kevco website. There is a $50 application fee. I'll be out by the end of June but Kevco asked for at least 5 days between me moving out and someone moving in. So the move in date would be July 5th. Message me if you're interested. Sorry for the any clutter in the pictures, we're in the middle of getting rid of stuff and packing. It will obviously all be cleaned up before we move out. Thanks Folks!
