This lovely and spacious apartment is for rent in an historic two family home, the apartment occupies the second and third floors. The space could be arranged in a number of ways but has lots of living space; in total there are five large rooms, not counting bathrooms/indoor laundry. Plenty of room for an office or a second bedroom. The kitchen is awesome if you like to cook and is equipped with stainless steel appliances, under-cabinet lighting, a ceiling fan and ample sunlight. Bathrooms are newly remodeled, as is the living room, which includes lovely built-in cabinets. Off the living room/hallway is a wonderful porch that is as wide as the house and overlooks the street (feels a bit like you're in a tree house during the warmer months). The third floor is a huge 25' by 25' room with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, and windows on all four walls and has nice views. The room also has a wonderful walk-in closet (8' x 11'). By the way, all of our ceiling lights have dimmers; it's a small detail, but they're really nice when you want to adjust the mood of your lighting.
