It is also walking distance from the subway and trolley lines, making both West Philly and Center City easily accessible. The house has mini split AC and heating units located in each bedroom and living area. There is a washer and dryer in the basement and free on-street parking. I would prefer to rent the house furnished, but this could be negotiated. The sublesee would be responsible for paying the electric, gas, and water bills. High speed internet is included in the rent.
