House was sold in December. Neighborhood Description This neighborhood is mostly farms, most neighbors have 20 or more acres with farming, cows, or other animals. This is a very safe and very quiet country atmosphere to live in. The house is about 4 miles north of Dresden, about 13 miles from Martin, and 20 miles from Paris. All neighbors that I have met are super nice and work at home farming and other pursuits. Please note this is a very quiet country place to live in, there is no 'hustle and bustle'. Very stress free.
