25,000 watt diesel generator mounted on a concrete base beside the garage. We start this about twice a month and serviced regularly. We have a 20’ x 21’ metal shed in the back yard. We have a carport on the side yard with a blacktop drive coming off a paved street. Our property includes the corner lot and is covered in grass. We have enclosed the front porch with screen. We have hurricane shutters for the front window, back patio door and all bedroom windows. No HOA, attached double car garage. No trees or large bushes in the yard, this is an old picture.
