I have put 70,000 into renovations, throughout the years from 2000 onward, most recently kitchen cabinets and shelves. I have approx . 7 acres of land with this property, a 30×50 barn, which is not being reflected in appraisals. I am looking into a "Partial Release" to sub-divide and sell off a portion of my land , pay down the principal balance and finish any renovations. Thank you
