    This spacious (fully furnished) mountain lodge (6500 sq. ft) is located just off the ski slopes of Eagle Point Ski Resort in Beaver, Utah. As part of the Elk Meadows Estates community, it was originally built and functioned as a bed and breakfast (Mt. Holly Inn) and thus the reason it's set up to accommodate a lot of people. At just above 10k feet of elevation, the weather is mild and cool in the summertime and averages about 300 inches of snow in the winter. The lodge is perfect for your large family and friends and has slept as many as 35 or more people at times. The kitchen has seating for 22 people and is equipped with double ovens, counter top cooktop, induction stove, trash compactor and a steam well warming station. The game room (previously a jacuzzi room) is set up with a ping pong table, arcade games and full-size futons to sleep 6 additional persons. (And maybe a few on the floor). The sunroom/solarium is a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or watch the sun go down. The wrap around 1200 square foot deck is great for evening visits and enjoying the fresh mountain air. The word "Great Room" describes it well with tall windows to enjoy the picturesque forestry outside. A wood burning fireplace and pellet stove make it feel extra cozy. Primary heating systems are 2 propane furnaces controlled by wifi thermostats so they can be checked and controlled from a distance. Speaking of wifi, the lodge is currently equipped with Starlink internet service. Main doors are equipped with smart locks and can be programmed remotely. A camera security system is in place so you can keep an eye on the property from your away home. Four (4) bedrooms on the top 2 main floors (Master Bedroom (King Bed) with large bath, double sinks and double shower) on the main level and 3 bedrooms (Queen) on the top level with one private bath and the other a jack and jill style. Laundry room and pantry on the main level and a coat/shoe and gear entry area with bench seating make keeping the lodge clean easier. One of the best features is a separate and a self-contained fully functional apartment (separate entrance) on the ground level. The apartment has a queen-sized bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, small living room and potential to sleep 6 persons. It's accompanied by a mud-room and gear area perfect for entering the lodge during the snowy and wet seasons. A two-car garage for vehicles or toys. An additional small garage entrance opens into a basement area also great for storing additional equipment. Bonus areas in the lower level for storage, gaming areas for kids and bathroom needs. A shop, furnished with a pellet stove connects to the garage with a posterior entrance perfect for tools, supplies or working on recreational toys. The lodge is outfitted with a hydronic snow melt system in the roof and driveway and backup generator power in the event the power goes out. A large driveway allows for potentially 6-8 vehicles and a pull through drive has space for several more. An area designated as parking for RV's or a great place to play some volleyball or cornhole. A large fire-pit area for roasting smores and a few picnic tables are great for a mid-day lunch. The streets are plowed and maintained year-round by the county service district, and garbage and water services are also included in quarterly service district fees. If looking for an investment opportunity, aside from a bed and breakfast, most recently the lodge has served as a short-term rental and been booked on occasion as many as 70 nights per year.
