    This house is located on a quiet street in Winter Haven on a double lot. It has been vacant a little over a year now. The roof has no leaks and overall the house has solid bones. However it does need at least a moderate to complete rehab. The biggest part of the rehab is that Some of the floors are saggy and sloping in the wet areas (check out kitchen pic).
