My roommate and I are reluctantly leaving our beautiful rental home and need to find someone to replace us on the lease. We've absolutely loved living here. We probably would have never left if we hadn't both found new jobs out of town. We're looking to move out by Oct. 15th so it should be available by Oct. 16th! Our current lease (that you would be taking over) is through June 30th, 2020. All utilities are paid by tenants. It's been a nice, quiet, calm neighborhood and neighbors. The landlords have been perfect (don't bother you and respond when you do need to bother them.) The house is HUGE! Vaulted ceilings in the living room and huge windows that let in tons of natural light. There's a dishwasher and granite counter tops in the large kitchen. Two bathrooms. Four bedrooms. Washer and dryer hookups. Central A/C and heat. A large fenced in backyard, a bunch of mint growing in the backyard, and tons of lavender bushes in the front yard. It's a 5 minute walk to Rossborough Park. Pets allowed per the lease. 2 car garage. The whole place has always felt clean and updated.
