Oh my! This is a sweet little bungalow. Start off with a detached, oversized one-car garage with garage door in front and back, workbench and attic space for storage. Then notice the newer asphalt shingle roof. After that, check out the Sierra Pacific thermal windows and slider, a 300 sq. ft. deck, plum and apple trees, nice grass with sprinkler system and the lovely Bay Window off the dining area. Inside, you'll notice the walls have all been dry walled (with extra insulation) the floor furnace has been replaced with a boiler (which can be found in the garage). Oak flooring in living room, hallway and bedrooms and vinyl plank flooring in kitchen and dining room. The kitchen was gutted and remodeled.
