Lease Duration: The lease term will be for a period of 12 months. The tenant(s) shall vacate the premises by the end of lease date unless a renewal or extension is agreed upon in writing by both Parties.

Fees and Charges:
a. Late Payment Fee: In case of late payment, a fee of [Late Fee Amount to be determined] per day will be charged until the outstanding amount is settled.
b. Returned Check Fee: Tenant(s) will be responsible for a fee of [Returned Check Fee Amount to be determined] for any returned checks due to insufficient funds.
